Industrial gas compression is not always a matter of simply increasing pressure. In many projects, the compressor must operate between an existing process pressure and a specific downstream pressure while maintaining a required flow rate and accommodating the properties of the gas itself. The Jinding GD3 Diaphragm Compressor is developed for this type of duty. The series includes configurations operating from very low suction pressures to higher inlet pressures, allowing it to be used for gas pressure boosting, process gas transfer, high-pressure compression and selected gas filling applications.
The product range covers a broad flow capacity, making GD3 suitable for applications beyond small laboratory-scale compression while still providing the gas separation advantages associated with diaphragm technology. Depending on the selected configuration, the compressor can handle relatively low-volume high-pressure duties as well as higher-flow industrial gas applications.

The GD3 Diaphragm Compressor uses a metal diaphragm to separate the process gas from the hydraulic drive system. This design minimizes the risk of contamination from lubricating oil and supports the controlled compression of specialty gases with specific purity, sealing and material compatibility requirements.
The GD3 Series can be configured for different inlet and discharge pressure conditions. Depending on the selected configuration, applications may include gas compression from low inlet pressures, pressure boosting between process stages, and transferring gas from storage systems to higher-pressure equipment. The required pressure ratio, gas flow rate and properties of the medium are key factors in determining the appropriate configuration.
Equipment selection should be based on the complete operating conditions, including inlet pressure, target discharge pressure, flow capacity, gas composition and duty cycle, rather than maximum discharge pressure alone. These parameters help establish a configuration suited to the specific application.
Before dispatch, the compressor and its components are prepared for shipment with packaging selected according to the equipment dimensions, weight and transportation requirements. Appropriate protective measures help reduce the risk of damage during handling and transit.
Shipping arrangements can be planned according to the destination, delivery schedule and cargo specifications. Depending on the equipment and route, available options may include sea freight, rail freight or other suitable transportation methods. Oversized or heavy units may require dedicated loading and transport arrangements.
Jinding coordinates export packaging and delivery details according to the agreed order requirements. Project-specific arrangements may include shipping marks, packaging specifications and coordination with the customer's designated freight forwarder.
The final packaging and transportation plan is confirmed during order processing based on the selected GD3 model, shipment destination and applicable logistics requirements.

The GD3 Series can be configured for high-purity gases, inert gases, flammable and explosive gases, toxic gases and other specialty gases. The final configuration depends on the properties of the compressed medium and the project operating conditions.
The GD3 product range covers a wide range of suction and discharge pressures. Depending on the selected model, the listed configurations include very low inlet pressures and discharge pressures of up to approximately 35.3 MPa.
Representative GD3 models cover flow capacities from approximately 20 Nm³/h to 500 Nm³/h. The appropriate capacity should be selected according to the required process flow and operating conditions.
Yes. Many GD3 configurations are designed to increase gas pressure from an existing inlet pressure to a higher process or storage pressure. The required suction pressure and discharge pressure should be provided for technical selection.
The diaphragm separates the process gas from the hydraulic drive and lubrication system. During normal operation, the process gas does not directly contact lubricating oil in the compression chamber.
Please provide the gas medium, gas composition or purity, suction pressure, required discharge pressure and required flow rate. Operating hours, installation conditions, cooling requirements and electrical requirements can also help Jinding engineers recommend a suitable configuration.
Yes. The GD3 Series can be configured according to the compressed gas and project operating requirements. Technical selection may include adjustments based on pressure, flow, gas properties and installation conditions.
