Our GD3 Membrane Compressor is developed for projects where gas flow and pressure requirements can vary significantly from one application to another. The available configurations cover atmospheric and pressurized suction conditions, while selected models operate at discharge pressures above 15 MPa and up to 35.3 MPa. Instead of limiting the range to one fixed pressure class, GD3 gives engineers multiple combinations of flow, inlet pressure and outlet pressure to match the actual process requirement. For project inquiries, the appropriate model can be determined from the required gas capacity and pressure conditions rather than from flow rate alone.

GD3 Membrane Compressor can be considered for industrial gas applications where the process requires controlled compression across different pressure levels.
Potential application areas include:
The broad model range allows the compressor to be considered for gas boosting, transfer and higher-pressure compression duties where the required operating point falls within the available GD3 configurations.
Configurations covering both low and high suction pressures can be evaluated for process gas duties where pressure conditions vary between systems.
The supplied GD3-60/11 configuration lists high-purity gases among its applicable media, together with inert, flammable and explosive, toxic and other special gases.
Where the gas has particular purity, safety or material-compatibility requirements, the final compressor configuration should be reviewed against the actual gas composition and operating conditions rather than selected solely from the model name.
Project-specific diaphragm compressor configurations require coordinated engineering, manufacturing and technical support. Jinding evaluates application requirements during equipment selection and carries them through the manufacturing and testing stages to support project implementation.
Based in Dandong, Liaoning, China, Jinding integrates machining, assembly, welding, painting, testing, R&D and customer service at its main production base. The facilities include more than 100 machining and testing machines, a 6,000 m² machining and assembly workshop, a 3,000 m² welding and painting workshop, and a 2,600 m² R&D and customer service center.
Technical services cover equipment selection, technical consultation, engineering design, manufacturing and supply, installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance training, remote and on-site technical support, inspection, repair and spare-parts supply.
For GD3 diaphragm compressor projects, this integrated support helps connect initial technical evaluation with equipment delivery and subsequent service. Application data can inform configuration decisions, while manufacturing, testing and technical assistance support the equipment through installation and operation.

The supplied GD3 model list covers gas flows from 20 to 500 Nm³/h. The exact available flow depends on the selected suction and exhaust pressure combination.
Several configurations reach 15 MPa or above. Examples include GD3-20/160 at 15.7 MPa, GD3-30/160 at 15.7 MPa, GD3-55/2 ~ 150 at 14.7 MPa, GD3-80/13 ~ 200 at 19.6 MPa and GD3-100/9-220 at 21.6 MPa.
Yes. Multiple listed models use 1 atm suction pressure, including GD3-60/11, GD3-75/5, GD3-100/6, GD3-20/200, GD3-20/160, GD3-30/160 and several other configurations.
Suction pressure is one of the key selection parameters. The range includes atmospheric suction, low positive pressures such as 0.01–0.1 MPa, higher suction pressures such as 1.2–2.0 MPa, and configurations up to 5.0 MPa. The required suction condition should therefore be provided together with the target exhaust pressure and flow rate.
The supplied GD3-60/11 specification lists high-purity gases, inert gases, flammable and explosive gases, toxic gases and other special gases. For a specific gas, the final wetted materials, seals and configuration should be confirmed against the gas composition and operating conditions.
The supplied GD3 models show motor powers of 15, 18.5, 22, 30, 37 and 45 kW. The actual motor selection depends on the compressor configuration and operating point.
The highest exhaust pressure in the supplied model data is 35.3 MPa, appearing on GD3-70/35-360 and GD3-120/50-360.
If you know the required gas flow and pressure conditions, Jinding can help narrow the GD3 range to a suitable compressor configuration.
Send the gas medium, flow rate, suction pressure, exhaust pressure and operating requirements to Jinding for technical review, model selection and quotation.
