L Diaphragm Compressor

Gas compression requirements can vary from a few cubic meters per hour at high pressure to continuous high-volume gas handling. The Jinding L Diaphragm Compressor covers nominal flow rates from 0.3 to 2000 Nm³/h, with selected models providing outlet pressures of up to 32 MPa, giving industrial buyers a wider range of options for different gas systems, operating conditions and project scales.

The L Diaphragm Compressor provides multiple configurations for applications with very different operating requirements. From low-flow systems requiring controlled high-pressure compression to larger industrial gas applications with substantially higher throughput, model selection is based on the relationship between inlet conditions, required outlet pressure, flow rate and compressed medium. The series can be configured for high-purity gases, inert gases, flammable and explosive gases, toxic gases and other special gases.

L Diaphragm Compressor

From Low Flow to High Throughput

A diaphragm compressor used in a laboratory or research system does not have the same capacity requirements as one installed in an industrial gas production process. The L Diaphragm Compressor covers both ends of this range.

Smaller configurations are available for applications where gas consumption is limited but pressure requirements remain important. Other models provide significantly higher flow rates for larger gas handling systems and industrial processes.

With a nominal volume flow range from 0.3 Nm³/h to 2000 Nm³/h, the L Series allows buyers to select equipment according to the actual scale of their gas system rather than choosing a compressor based on pressure alone.

This broad capacity range makes the series suitable for projects that differ substantially in gas consumption, operating cycle and system size.

Flexible Capacity for Different Application Scales

Application Scale

Typical Capacity Requirement

Suitable Procurement Scenario

Low-Flow Systems

Approximately 0.3–10 Nm³/h

Laboratory systems, research projects, specialty gas testing and small-volume gas handling

Medium-Capacity Systems

Approximately 40–330 Nm³/h

Specialty gas supply, pilot systems, process gas handling and medium-scale industrial applications

Higher-Throughput Systems

Up to 2000 Nm³/h

Industrial gas systems, production processes and larger engineering projects

The actual model should always be selected according to the complete operating condition. Flow rate is only one part of compressor selection and must be evaluated together with the gas medium and pressure requirements.

One Series for Different Gas System Requirements

The wide range of available L Series models allows the same product family to support gas systems with very different operating conditions.

The right configuration depends on how these factors work together:

Compressed medium → Inlet condition → Required flow → Required outlet pressure → Actual usage requirement

This selection process helps ensure that the compressor is matched to the gas system rather than simply selected from the closest standard capacity.
